These terms are an agreement between you (and the company you sign up for) and LPThree LLC, which operates CrewDiem. By creating an account or using https://crewdiem.app, you agree to these terms. If you're signing up for a company, you confirm you're authorized to accept them on its behalf.

1. What CrewDiem does

CrewDiem helps businesses estimate and track per diem for traveling workers using rates published by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). The free calculator is available to anyone; the team app requires an account.

2. Not tax, legal or payroll advice

CrewDiem is a calculation and record-keeping tool. It is not tax, legal, accounting or payroll advice. Results depend on the information you enter and on GSA data, which can change or contain errors, and rates for future fiscal years may be estimates. Your company's per diem policy, whether payments are taxable, and how you pay workers are your responsibility. Please confirm them with a qualified tax professional before relying on CrewDiem's results.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us right away at support@crewdiem.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Free trial and paid plans

New accounts start with a free trial. Paid plans and prices are shown on our website. We won't charge you without first asking for your payment details and your agreement to a plan. Prices may change in the future; we'll give account holders at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to them.

5. Your data

You own the information you put into CrewDiem. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to enter information about your workers.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse CrewDiem. For example, don't break the law, try to access other companies' data, disrupt or overload the service, scrape it in bulk, or resell it without our written permission.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep CrewDiem available and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using CrewDiem at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. After an account closes, we'll delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

CrewDiem is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LPThree LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, taxes, penalties, interest or data, arising from your use of CrewDiem. Our total liability for any claim relating to CrewDiem is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold LPThree LLC harmless from claims arising from your misuse of CrewDiem, your violation of these terms, or information you enter about others.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll update the date above and notify account holders. Continuing to use CrewDiem after changes take effect means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which LPThree LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
