Privacy Policy
Last updated October 28, 2026
CrewDiem is operated by LPThree LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use https://crewdiem.app and the CrewDiem app, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email support@crewdiem.app.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, work email, company name and password when you sign up. Passwords are stored only as a secure one-way hash, so we can never see them.
- Information you enter into the app: details about your workers (such as names, phone numbers and home ZIP codes), job sites (names and ZIP codes) and assignments (dates and notes). You control this information and can change or remove it at any time.
- Calculator lookups: when you use the free calculator, the ZIP code, dates and crew size you enter are used to calculate a result. We don't save them to a database or connect them to you.
- Email sign-ups: if you ask us to keep you posted, we receive the email, company name and crew-size range you submit.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic request information (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to operate and secure the service.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share your information for advertising.
How we use information
- To provide the service, including calculating per diem and producing your sheets and reports.
- To keep accounts secure and prevent abuse.
- To respond to you and send important service messages (for example, about your account or trial).
- To improve CrewDiem using aggregated information.
We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run CrewDiem, under their own privacy and security commitments:
- Netlify hosts the website and stores app data in its managed database.
- The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) per diem API receives job-site ZIP codes and fiscal years to look up official rates. No names or contact details are sent.
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when pages load.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
Information about your workers
If you enter information about your employees or crew members, you're responsible for having the right to do so and for any notice your workers need. We process that information only to provide CrewDiem to your company.
How long we keep it
We keep account and app information while your account is open. If you'd like your account and its data deleted, email support@crewdiem.app and we'll delete it within 30 days, except for anything we're required to keep by law.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and each company's data is kept separate from every other company's. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users of a breach as required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can view and update your information in the app, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@crewdiem.app. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
Children
CrewDiem is a business tool and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, for account holders, let you know by email or in the app.
